An Important Message to Our Customers—TruSkin Authorized Dealer and Warranty Statement:

TruSkin is firmly committed to providing our customers with best in class, reliable products through authorized dealers.  Our policy is to honor product warranties on products purchased from an authorized TruSkin dealer, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.  If you purchase a TruSkin product from an unauthorized seller or if the original packaging has been removed, defaced or altered, your TruSkin warranty will not be valid.

If you return an item to TruSkin for replacement, and that item is verified as either counterfeit or a product not manufactured by TruSkin, you will be notified via email with instructions for retrieving your item.  You will have a maximum of three business days to request that the item be shipped back to you at your cost.  This cost will be a shipping and handling fee of $25.  Shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx only.

Unfortunately, there are some websites and sellers who claim to be authorized TruSkin resellers but are not.  Products sold by these unauthorized sellers are not purchased from TruSkin.  Instead, they are acquired from a host of other sources.  Products sold on these websites or from these sellers do not carry a warranty from TruSkin.  We are using our best efforts to prohibit these sellers from taking advantage of consumers, but these practices still exist.

TruSkin products sold by unauthorized sellers sometimes are purchased on a secondary “gray” market and can be pirated goods not produced by TruSkin, damaged, expired, defective or so-called “B” stock goods, or stolen goods.  When you purchase products from an unauthorized website or seller you are taking a risk, because these products may be counterfeit, used, or may not be authorized for sale in your country.  Please protect yourself and your TruSkin purchases by ensuring that you only purchase TruSkin products from an authorized TruSkin dealer.

If you purchased a counterfeit product with a credit card, you may wish to contact your credit card company and dispute the charge.  TruSkin will provide you with an email identifying your product as counterfeit to assist you in this.

WARRANTIES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.  SECOND-HAND ITEMS, INCLUDING SALES FROM WEBSITES SUCH AS EBAY AND CRAIG’S LIST, ARE NOT COVERED BY THE TRUSKIN WARRANTY.
