Subscriptions

TruSkin makes it easy for you to keep your favorite products coming on the interval of your choice.  By signing up for a subscription, not only will you receive your product at the interval of your choice, but you will also save 20%.

Reminders

TruSkin will send you a reminder email 3 days before your subscription automatically charges and fulfills.  If for some reason you wish to skip your delivery or cancel your subscription altogether, simply login to your TruSkin.com Account using your username and password.  From there, you can manage your subscription or cancel it.

Ineligible for Refunds

Items on a recurring subscription are ineligible for refunds.  However, if your product is damaged, we will gladly send you another bottle.  Please email support@truskin.com and include your order number (TS-XXXX) along with a description of the damage and a picture if possible, and we will get a replacement product out to you right away.

Charge Authorization

By signing up for a subscription, you authorize TruSkin to charge you automatically to the payment method utilized for your first purchase on your set frequency.

Managing Your Subscription

When you log into your TruSkin Account, you will see a link under your name on the right hand side to Manage Subscription.  Click that link to be taken to the details of your subscription.  From there, you can:

• Delivery Schedule : see the upcoming scheduled deliveries
• Subscriptions : see all of your subscriptions
• Billing Information : see your payment info for your subscription
• Purchase History : see a list of all of your subscription purchases

When you view your Delivery Schedule, you can easily SKIP an upcoming renewal or EDIT your subscription.

When you EDIT your subscription, you can change the product, add additional products, or CANCEL your subscription.
